We welcome original legal scholarship from law students, academics, and practitioners across India and beyond. All submissions undergo editorial or peer review before publication.

  • Footnotes in OSCOLA or Bluebook citation format
  • Articles: 3,000–6,000 words · Papers: up to 12,000 words
  • Case Commentaries: 1,500–3,000 words · Op-Eds: 800–1,500 words
  • Blind peer-review for research articles · Editorial review for shorter pieces
  • Open access on publication · Authors retain copyright under CC licence
Submission Guidelines

    OriginalityWork must not be published or under review elsewhere. All submissions pass a plagiarism check.

    FormatSubmit in .docx or .pdf. 12pt Times New Roman, double spacing, A4 page size.

    Abstract150–200 word abstract and 4–6 keywords with each submission.
  • 04
    Blind ReviewSubmit an anonymous version. Author bio sent separately to the editorial team.

    TimelineInitial response within 3 weeks. Peer review: 6–8 weeks from submission date.

    Open AccessAll published work is freely accessible. Authors retain copyright with a CC licence.
