Nyayapanth offers a range of products and services including but not limited to digital legal resources, online courses, legal templates, and educational content. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

 

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our designated payment gateways. Nyayapanth does not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Nyayapanth Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, legal templates, course materials, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nyayapanth or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

Nyayapanth operates an optional WhatsApp Community for legal updates and community engagement. By joining the community, you agree to:

• Not share confidential, defamatory, or misleading information within the community
• Not engage in commercial solicitation or spam within the community

Nyayapanth reserves the right to remove any member from the community at its sole discretion for violation of these guidelines.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Google, X (Twitter), and payment gateways. These links are provided for convenience only. Nyayapanth does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nyayapanth, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
