3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Digital Products and Downloadable Content
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, legal templates, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded. A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- The file downloaded is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 7 working days
- You were charged incorrectly or billed for a product you did not purchase
- A duplicate payment was processed for the same order
3.2 Online Courses and Educational Content
Refunds for online courses or educational subscriptions may be requested within 7 (seven) days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
- The course content is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
- The course content is inaccessible due to a technical error on our part
No refund will be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase, or once substantial course content has been accessed, whichever occurs earlier.
3.3 Physical Products (if applicable)
For physical products, you may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- The product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered
- The wrong item was delivered
Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Customised or bespoke legal documents prepared specifically for a customer
- Courses or content where substantial access has occurred
- Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted rates, unless defective
- Convenience fees, transaction fees, or payment processing charges
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return request, please follow these steps:

6. Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed and the product has been delivered or made accessible. For physical products, cancellations may be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a physical product order.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Nyayapanth bears the cost of return shipping in such cases.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment methods. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider, typically between 7 to 14 working days. Nyayapanth is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian law. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of your refund request, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
